Testing for Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Premises

Delta EGS offer a comprehensive range of inspection and testing services, from minor works certification to full Electrical Installation Condition Reports, in domestic, commercial and industrial premises. We can test installations to ensure compliance with part 'P' of the building regulations and issue the relevant certification.
Delta EGS perform landlord safety checks, providing a report that would cover the landlords' legal responsibilities for the installation.
Produce home buyers condition reports, checking the condition of the wiring installation of a potential property purchase.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (formally (PIR) Periodic Inspections Reports) to highlight any safety issues in single and 3 phase installations. This is an essential part of ensuring compliance with Electricity at Work Act 1989 for an employer. We test fire alarm and emergency lighting systems to ensure safe operation and compliance with BS5839 and BS5266 respectively.

Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting
We install fire alarm systems in domestic properties complying with BS5839 part 6. For commercial and industrial installations, systems installed and certificated to part 1 of BS 5839.
We can provide emergency lighting system, which will comply with BS5266.
We can alter existing fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, as well as maintain and fault find.
